摘要
为解决沙柳割后枝条散落无序的问题,通过量化关键参数,设计出一款结构合理的沙柳联合割灌机。分析了该割灌机的设计要求并绘制出三维几何简图,对该机的进给量、锯切功率及爬坡能力进行量化,可为动力装置的选型和结构的进一步优化提供理论依据。割灌机的建模及关键参数的量化是设计沙柳联合割灌机的关键。
In order to solve the problem of Salix scattering disorderly after branches being cut,through quantification of key parameters,combined salix cutting machinery with a rational structure is designed,the design requirements of this cutting equipment is analyzed,a three-dimensional geometric sketch is drawn,and the feeding amount,cutting power and slope climbing degree are quantified,which can provide a theoretical basis for the model selection and further structure optimization of power devices. The modeling of the cutting equipment and the quantification of key parameters are the key to designing combined salix cutting machinery.
