摘要
沉默信息调节因子1(Sirt1)是哺乳动物细胞中发现的一种蛋白质脱乙酰酶。Sirt1通过脱乙酰化各种各样的蛋白质在代谢疾病中起重要作用,其对葡萄糖体内平衡、脂质动员、氧化应激、胰岛素分泌和敏感性等均有影响。而这些在非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的发病机制和进展中同样发挥重要作用,Sirt1直接或间接参与NAFLD的发病。因此,Sirt1相关药物研究对治疗NAFLD有不容忽视的作用。
Silence information regulation factor 1( Sirt1) is a kind of protein deacetylase found in mammalian cells.Sirt1 plays a key role in metabolic diseases by deacetylating various proteins,which can affect the glucose homeostasis,lipid mobilization,oxidative stress,insulin secretion and sensitivity. Besides,these effects play an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease( NAFLD). Sirt1 is involved in the pathogenesis of NAFLD directly or indirectly. Thus,the research of Sirt1-related drug is very important to the treatment of NAFLD.
