摘要
本文用两种方法测定石灰性土壤有效磷含量。实验结果表明,两种方法的检测结果平均值均在误差范围之内,测定结果间没有显著性差异;方法二中不加活性炭条件下,在波长880 nm处能够有效地去除土壤有机质背景的干扰,测定结果与加活性炭法测定结果间无显著性差异,而且该方法准确、简单、快捷、成本低。因此,采用紫外可见分光光度计于波长880nm处比色能够准确地测定土壤有效磷含量,有利于提高工作效率,降低检测成本。
In this paper, two methods were used to determine available P of calcareous soil. The results showed that average values by the two methods were in error range and the determinations had no significant differences. The second method with no activated carbon could effectively avoid disturb of soil organic matter at the distance of 880 nm wave length. The determination had no significant differences with that by the first method with activated carbon and the second method was accurate, easy, convenient and inexpensive. Colorimetric determination was carried out at the distance of 880 nm wave length by ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometer could exactly determine available P of soil, which could improve work efficiency and reduce determination cost.
