摘要
目的对围术期护理方法用于脑积水脑室-腹腔分流术患儿中的应用效果进行探讨分析。方法将本院收治需行脑积水脑室-腹腔分流术的35例患儿作为探讨对象，分析围术期护理方法的应用效果。结果通过围术期的护理干预，35例患儿术后全部痊愈出院，并对治疗和护理都非常满意。结论围术期的有效护理用于小儿脑积水脑室-腹腔分流术中，可提高患儿及家属对治疗的依从性，对患儿的康复有积极作用，可让痊愈率得到有效提升。
Objective To investigate the application effect of perioperative nursing in children with ventriculo-peritoneal shunt for hydrocephalus. Methods A total of 35 children with hydrocephalus scheduled for ventriculo-peritoneal shunt were enrolled, the perioperative nursing methods and effect were analyzed. Results After perioperative nursing intervention, all of the 35 children discharged after surgery, the treatment and nursing effects were satisfactory. Conclusions Nursing intervention during the perioperative period for children with ventriculo-peritoneal shunt for hydrocephalus can improve the treatment compliance of children and their families, and has positive effect on the rehabilitation of children, which can effectively improve the cure rate.
