摘要
文章在对中外高校社会科学数据管理机构进行调研的基础上,概括国内外高校社会科学数据管理的总体特征。从管理政策、服务功能、数据库建设、机构合作、图书馆参与度、数据素质培养等方面对中外高校社科数据管理进行详细的对比分析,找出国内高校社科数据管理存在的不足,并提出发展建议。
Based on the survey of social science data management institutions in China and foreign universities,this paper summaries the general characteristics of social science data management in universities both at home and abroad, makes a detailed comparative a- nalysis of Chinese and foreign universities＇ social science data management in 6 aspects of management policy, service function, data- base construction and organization cooperation,library participation,data quality training. It aims to find out the existing problems of social science data management in domestic university and put forward the development strategies.
