摘要
【目的】明确目前广东和广西地区主要西番莲产区的农药残留水平,为农药残留监管提供科学依据。【方法】对在两广地区采取的63个西番莲样品运用现有的检测标准方法进行105种农药残留分析检测,分别用%ADI和%ARf D进行农药残留慢性膳食摄入风险评估和急性膳食摄入风险评估。【结果】通过农药残留分析检测,有农药检出的样品数有38个,共检出18种农药残留。慢性摄入风险在0.0001%~0.0683%,平均值为0.0110%;急性摄入风险在0.010%~8.620%,平均值为1.000%。【结论】西番莲农药残留检出率相对较高,但检出的西番莲样品其农药残留量均低于MRLs,残留水平不高。西番莲农药残留慢性膳食摄入风险和急性膳食摄入风险均很低。
【Objective】To provide scientific basis for regulation of pesticide residues,the pesticide residues levels of major passion fruit producing areas in Guangdong province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were assessed.【Method】Residues of 105 pesticides in 63 passion fruit samples from Guangdong and Guangxi were detected. Chronic dietary intake risk and acute dietary intake risk of pesticide residues in these samples were respectively assessed by % ADI and % ARf D. 【Result】Pesticide residues analysis results showed that 38 passion fruit samples and 18 kinds of pesticides had detectable residues. Their chronic dietary intake risks expressed as % ADI were 0. 0001 %-0. 0683% with an average of 0. 0110 %,and their acute dietary intake risks expressed as % ARf D were 0. 010 %-8. 620 %,with an average of1. 00 %.【Conclusion】Detection rate of pesticide residues in passion fruit was relatively high,but the detected residual quantities were lower than MRLs. Both chronic and acute dietary intake risks of pesticide residues in passion fruit were very low.
