摘要
本文给出了一种应用于LED驱动场合的单开关软起动boost电路。电路包含两个串联谐振电路,能够实现开关管的零电流开通和关断,降低开关损耗,从而大幅提高驱动电路的效率。本文提出的驱动电路能够提供恒定的输出电流,且不受输出电压波动的影响,因此该驱动电路非常适合于LED驱动。平均输出电流与开关频率、谐振电容及输入电压有关,而不受输出电压波动的影响。因此,对于特定的输出电流,该驱动电路的开关频率和占空比是恒定的,这也使得控制电路非常简单,非常适合于经济性指标要求高的场合。本文给出了一种12V/60V驱动电路的仿真结果,以验证该电路的正确性和有效性。
This paper presented a new boost circuit based on soft-switch technique for LED driving applications. The driving circuit consists of only one switch and several other components. The main switch turns on or off under ZCS conditions, which results in high efficiency. This driving circuit can offer constant average output current independent of output voltage variations, and is especially suitable for LED driving uses. The average output current is related to the switching frequency, input DC voltage and resonant capacitor. For one specific LED driving circuit, the constant average output current corresponds to specific switching frequency, input DC voltage and Duty, and this makes it simple to design the control system. Fewer components needed in the circuit mean less cost, which is really important for both the manufacturers and customers.
