摘要
为了制备具有智能响应性的双网络水凝胶,并深入研究水凝胶结构与性能的关系,采用一步法制备了聚甲基丙烯酸-N,N-二甲氨基乙酯(PDMAEMA)/海藻酸钙双重响应双网络水凝胶.以海藻酸和钙离子的交联作用构筑第一凝胶网络,以DMAEMA为单体,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(BIS)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为热引发剂构筑第二水凝胶网络,制备了PDMAEMA单网络水凝胶和海藻酸钙水凝胶.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察凝胶断面形貌,采用热重分析法(TGA)研究了双网络水凝胶的热稳定性、pH值、温度双重敏感性及响应动力学过程.结果表明:采用一步法实现了双网络水凝胶的制备,所制备的水凝胶具有pH和温度双重敏感性.双网络水凝胶在pH=3时,溶胀率最大;从25℃升温至60℃,双网络水凝胶的周长减小到原周长的78%.
In order to obtain double network hydrogels that are responsive to external stimuli and to further investigate the relationship between the structure and properties, polymethyl N and N-dimethylaminoetyl methacrylate (PDMAEMA)/calcium alginate dual responsive double network hydrogels were prepared by a one -step method. The first network was constructed based on the inoic interaction between alginate and calcium ion. The second network was constructed by utilizing DMAEMA as the monomer, N and N-methylenebis acrylamide (BIS) as the crosslinking agent, and potassium persulfate (KPS) as the initiator. At the same time, single network PDMAEMA hydrogel and calcium alginate hydrogel were prepared as a comparative study. The fracture surface morphology was observed on a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) system. The thermostability and the pH, thermal dual responsive behaviors of the hydrogels were systematically studied. Among them, the swelling rate at pH=3 is the largest; from 25℃ to 60℃,the perimeter of the hydrogel is significantly reduced to 78% of its original.
