摘要
为更准确获得用户满意度,针对传统Kano模型应用过程中的不能反映用户不确定性的心理,提出模糊Kano模型用户需求算法,结合产品评价项进行问卷设计,并对问卷统计及数据矩阵处理,获得用户需求信息。以梳棉机造型设计为例,分析该产品用户满意度并提出改良设计方案,验证模型的研究方法。
For more accurate access to customer satisfaction, for the traditional Kano model APPlication process can not reflect the user uncertainty of the psychological, The user demand algorithm of fuzzy Kano model is proposed, and the questionnaire design is carried out according to the product evaluation item.
