摘要
通过对护理硕士专业学位研究生的就职因素进行分析总结,并提出引导对策,为高校开展护理硕士专业学位研究生有针对性的就业指导提供借鉴,从而为临床输送急需的高层次护理人才。
This article analyzed and summarized the employment factors of postgraduate students with Master of Nursing and put forward some guiding countermeasures. It provided pertinence guidance employment for the education of nursing postgraduates in colleges and universities,so as to carry out the high-level talents in urgent need of the clinic.
