地铁列车司机室前端结构耐撞性研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究地铁列车在重载条件下列车的碰撞响应,尤其是司机室前端破坏程度,基于EN 15227对地铁车辆碰撞的相关规定,建立了地铁列车碰撞有限元数值模型,根据列车不同的载荷状态和被动列车是否施加停放制动,给出了3种不同工况,研究地铁列车在超载状态与标准规定状态下的司机室前端损伤程度和车体结构的耐撞性。计算结果表明:当载荷作为唯一变量时,司机室前端在超员载荷下所被压缩的距离是标准条件下的5倍左右;而当初速和载荷为定量时,施加停放制动的被动车碰撞破坏更为严重,碰撞界面的车钩和防爬吸能装置均走完全程,被动车司机室前端的压溃区几乎达到吸能极限,若再次加大速度或载荷即会对司机的生存空间造成威胁,故有必要在碰撞标准中考虑超员工况的计算。 For the study of the response of subway trains under the overload condition in the process of collision,especially the damage of cab front structure.Based on the relevant provisions of EN15227 on the collision of subway vehicles,the finite element model of subway train collision is established.According to the different load state of car-body and whether the passive train is imposed with parking brake or not,it is established three different working conditions to explain cab front condition of the damage and structure of integrated energy absorption of subway trains under overload condition compared with condition of standard passengers.The calculation results show that when the load is the only variable,with overloaded state the structure of cab front is compressed by the distance about 5 times of the standard condition;when the initial velocity and load at the same,the result of the passive train being imposed with parking brake is more serious,the coupler and the anti-climbers energy absorption devices of the collision interface go all the way,the crushing zone of the passive train almost is crushed,it is almost limit of crushing energy absorption of cab front structure,the increasing of the speed or load of the trains will threaten the cab,so it is necessary to consider the calculation of working condition of the overcrowding in the collision standard.
