摘要
目的:研究优质护理干预模式在强迫症患者护理中的临床应用价值。方法:选择强迫症患者160例,随机分为观察组与对照组各80例;对照组施以常规护理模式,观察组施以优质护理干预模式,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组的总有效率为92.50%(74/80),高于对照组的76.25%(61/80)(P<0.05);两组治疗后的耶鲁布朗强迫量表(Y-BOCS)评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后的汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预模式在强迫症患者护理中的临床应用价值优于常规护理,可以有效降低Y-BOCS及HAMA评分,改善患者的抑郁和焦虑状态。
Objective：To study the clinical application value of high quality nursing intervention model in nursing patients with obsessive - compulsive disorder （OCD）. Methods ：160 cases of OCD patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 80 ca- ses in each group. The control group was given routine nursing mode, and the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention mode. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50 % （74/80）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （76.25 %, 61/80） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The Y- BOCS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The HAMA scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.05）, and the score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The clinical application value of high quality nursing intervention model in patients with obsessive - compulsive disorder is obviously superior to that of routine nursing. It can effectively reduce the Y - BOCS score and HAMA score, and improve the depression and anxiety state of the patients.
