摘要
将蛭石填充到钢渣粉改性过的苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SEBS)/钢渣粉基体中,用模压法制备不同配比、不同目数和不同面密度的SEBS/钢渣粉/蛭石复合材料。利用双通道声学分析仪,研究了其隔声性能;利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、万能材料试验机等研究了材料的微观结构、拉伸力学性能等。结果表明,经钢渣粉改性的SEBS与蛭石相容性较好,制作出的复合材料隔声性能优于基体材料;在相近面密度条件下,蛭石含量的变化对隔声性能的影响主要在声频>1 600 Hz的区域;蛭石目数的变化对复合材料隔声性能影响不大;复合材料的隔声量随着材料面密度的增大而增大,主要体现在声频段200~1 600 Hz。
In the styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene (SEBS)/steel slag powder matrix, the vermiculite was filled with steel slag powder, so the SEBS/steel slag powder/vermiculite composites with different ratio, different target and different surface density were prepared by compression molding method. The sound insulation property of the material was determined with a two channel acoustic analyzer. The structural morphology and static mechanical properties of the composites were measured by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and universal material testing machine. The results show that vermiculite has a good compatibility with steel slag powder modified SEBS and the sound insulation properties of the composites are better than the base materials. Under the similar surface density, the content of vermiculite mainly influence on the high- frequency region (over 1 600 Hz). The surface size of vermiculite has little influence on sound reduction index. The sound insulation of the composites decreases with the increasing of surface density, which is mainly reflected in the frequency region from 200 to 1 600 Hz.
