摘要
目的:观察聚焦超声结合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗中重度变应性鼻炎(AR)的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析126例于笔者所在医院就诊中重度AR患者的临床资料,按治疗方法分为观察组(66例,行聚焦超声结合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗)和对照组(60例,给予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗),术后随访6个月,记录两组患者鼻塞、喷嚏、清涕、鼻痒等症状视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)变化,评价治疗效果。结果:治疗后6个月,两组患者各症状评分均有所下降,且观察组各症状评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为92.42%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:聚焦超声结合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗AR,能够明显改善患者鼻塞、喷嚏等症状,具有确切的临床疗效,适合用于中重度AR的临床治疗。
Objective： To observe the clinical effcacy of focused ultrasound combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray in the treatment of moderate and severe allergic rhinitis （AR）.Metbod： The clinical data of 126 ptients with moderate and severe AR in the author＇s hospital were analyzed retrospectively, according to the therapeutic method, the patients were divided into observation group （66 cases, treated with focused uitrasound combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray） and control （60 cases, treated with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray）.The patients were followed up for 6 months, the visual analogue scale （VAS） scores of two groups with nasal congestion, sneezing, clear nose and nasal itching were recorded, and the therapeutic effects were evaluated.Result： After 6 months of treatment, the scores of each symptom were decreased in two groups, and the scores in observation group were lower than i the control group, the total effective rate of observation group was 92.42%, significantly higher than 80.00% of control group, the differenccts were statistically significant（P〈0.OS）.Conclusion： Focused ultrasound combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray in the treatment of AR can significantly improve patient, s clinical symptoms, and it has definite clinical curative effeect.
