摘要
延安时期党员干部教育主要围绕基本经验,特点与不足,整风运动与党风廉政教育,党的主要领导人在整风和党员干部教育中的重要作用,以及对当代党员干部教育的启示等方面展开。当代干部教育和党风廉政建设应突出以理想信念教育为重,坚持走群众路线,保持与人民的血肉联系,完善监督制度,把权力关在制度的笼子里,坚决与腐败作斗争。
Party members and cadres education in Yan＇an period mainly discussed basic experience,characteristics and shortcomings, rectification movement, education of working style of the Party and clean politics, the important role of main leader of the Party in working style of the Party and Party members and cadre education, enlightenment of contemporary Party members and cadre education, etc.. As for contemporary Party members and cadre education and the construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean government, ideal and belief education shall be focused on, mass line shall be stuck to be followed, connection to mass shall be closely kept, supervision system shall be improved, authority shall be controlled by policy, and we shall firmly fight against corruption.
