摘要
根据瓦斯氧化装置的运行特点,结合我国煤矿井下通风要求和矿井瓦斯抽采现状,分析了煤矿瓦斯氧化装置运行中存在的主要安全隐患,提出了在抽采瓦斯与矿井乏风掺混、抽采瓦斯输送等主要环节的安全保障技术要求。介绍了矿井乏风与低浓度瓦斯混配装置、混配监控系统、瓦斯抽采泵站安全保障系统设计情况,在高河煤矿瓦斯氧化发电工程运行期间的测试结果表明,设计完善的低浓度瓦斯输送安全保障系统及掺混监控系统,可以有效保证瓦斯氧化装置的安全高效运行,不会给瓦斯抽采系统及矿井的安全生产带来隐患。
According to the operation characteristics of the gas oxidation device,combined the current situation of gas drainage and the requirements of mine ventilation in China,this paper analyzed the key safety hazards in the operation of coal mine gas oxidation device.It also put forward the technical requirements for security operation in key procedures such as mixing of drainage gas with ventilation air methane,delivering of drainage gas.In this paper,the design of safeguard system of the ventilation air methane and the low concentration gas mixing device,the mixing monitoring system and the gas drainage station was introduced.The test results during the period of Gaohe gas oxidation and power generation project showed that the reasonable designing mix device with corresponding monitoring system and transportation security system of low concentration gas can ensure the safe and effective operation of gas oxidation device,and cause no harm to the coal mine gas drainage system and the safety production.
