摘要
随着社会的不断进步与发展,技术的不断更新与换代,图书馆面临着越来越多的压力、问题与挑战。文章站在图书馆的立场,从其用户、所处环境、竞争对手、评估、职能与业务、人力资源、经费等方面分析了图书馆当前面临的诸多压力,且从国家政府主管部门及行业学会、图书馆主体自身等两个层面提出了相应的应对策略与建议;同时,就当前我国图书馆研究应注意的问题,提出了自己的俗观浅识。以期能给相关各方一定的启示与思考,使我国图书馆事业的发展能够迈向更高的台阶。
With the continuous progress and development of society,technology constantly updates and replaces. The library is facing more and more pressure,problems and challenges. Based on the position of the library,this paper analyzes the current pressure of the library from the aspects of the user,the environment,the competitors,the evaluation,the function and the business,the human resources,the fund and so on. The paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from government departments,library society and library itself. At the same time,The paper puts forward the problems should be paid attention about current research of library in our country to give the relevant parties a certain inspiration and thinking,putting China's library industry to a higher level.
