摘要
文章介绍了笔者参与我军维和伤员救治过程中的护理工作情况,从前期各项准备工作、前接维和伤员、空中转运到住院治疗,护理工作贯穿始终,为伤员提供了专业、精细的护理,得到了各级领导、伤员及其家属的充分认可;同时积累了战伤护理经验,为下一步军队医院护理队伍卫勤能力建设提供了思路。
The article introduced the author＇s experience of participating in wounded peace-keeping force＇s treatment and nursing of our army.From the early preparations,picking wounded peacekeeping soldier,air transporting to hospital treatment,the nursing work throughout the whole progress,which provided professional and careful nursing,received the fully acknowledge from leaders at all levels and wounded and their family.At the same time,the experience of combat injury nursing added,which provided idea to the development of further nursing health service ability in military hospital.
