摘要
"智慧居家养老"是应对老龄化挑战、破解养老压力、提高养老服务质量与效率、促进养老产业转型创新升级的突破口与重要途径。未来10年,我国养老服务将走出传统服务模式,迎来智慧居家养老产业的爆发期。西安市智慧养老发展有五种模式,这五种模式在西安市养老市场的发展还比较缓慢,智慧化水平还不够高,政府的推动力还不够强,智慧养老产品拓展市场还需努力。明确发展思路,提高智慧养老服务的覆盖面,加强规范化管理与政策激励,加强对线下养老服务机构的制度化、规范化管理,加大宣传倡导力度,提高老人对智慧养老服务的知晓率等是西安市居家养老服务发展的努力方向。
＂smart home care for the aged＂ is a breakthrough and an important way to deal with the challenges of aging, to solve the pension pressure, improve the quality and efficiency of pension services, and promote the transformation, and upgrading of the pension industry. In the next 10 years, the aged service in China will go out of the traditional service mode and usher in the outbreak period of the smart home pension industry. There are five models for the development of smart home care in Xi＇an. The five modes of develop- ment in Xi＇ an pension market are relatively slow. The level of intelligence is not high enough. The driving force of the government is not strong enough. The intelligent pension products need further efforts to expand the market. The development of clear thinking, improving the wisdom of pension service coverage, strengthening the standardized management and incentive policies, systematic and standardized management of pension services, increasing advocacy to improve awareness of wisdom pension service for the aged. In the future, citizens in Xi＇an tend to be home care service.
