孕期体操对孕妇睡眠质量及妊娠结局的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:孕期体操对孕妇睡眠质量及妊娠结局的影响研究。方法:本实验采用的方法为双盲、随机、对照设计。2015年1月至2016年8月在本院收入孕妇中筛选出100例妊娠女性,孕妇年龄24~37岁,平均年龄(28.8±4.3)岁,孕周35~42周,平均孕周(37.8±2.1)周。经过2周安全教育和临床观察,随机平均分为2组,每组50例,分别为实验组和对照组。其中,实验组孕妇进行每周2次进行孕妇体操训练教学,并且保证孕妇每天自主训练1 h(每做20 min休息10 min)到有呼吸加快,少量出汗而无不适为止,该训练持续直到分娩。结果:通过进行2组孕妇在初检时的睡眠质量比较,发现结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过一段时间的实验组体操训练,在产前检测中我们发现实验组睡眠质量优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过对比2组孕妇的产后新生儿体重可以发现,孕妇妊娠期间进行体操训练有助于新生儿的健康和体重保障。通过比较2组孕妇的产程我们发现,实验组孕妇的Ⅰ、Ⅲ产程明显短于对照组,且在总时间上相较于对照组有明显缩短,实验结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孕期体操对孕妇睡眠质量有较为明显的改善,同时对妊娠结局有较好的影响。 Objective: To study the influence of pregnancy gymnastics on sleep quality and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women. Methods: the double blind,randomized and controlled design was adopted in this experiment. From January 2015 to August 2016,100 pregnant women were screened out in our hospital. The pregnant women were 24 ~ 37 years old,the average age was( 28. 8 ± 4. 3) years old,the gestational age was 35 ~ 42 weeks,and the average gestational age was( 37. 8 + 2. 1) weeks. After 2 weeks safety education and clinical observation,the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,50 cases in each group,respectively,the experimental group and the control group. Among them,the experimental group of pregnant women were 2 times a week for pregnant women gymnastics training teaching,and ensure that every pregnant women self training 1 h( each 20 min rest 10 min) to have shortness of breath,sweating and a small amount of discomfort,the training continued until delivery. Results: the 2 groups of pregnant women were seized at the beginning of the quality of sleep,there was no significant difference found( P 0. 05),after a period of time in the experimental group gymnastics training,we found that prenatal detection of sleep quality in experimental group than the control group,there was statistical significance( P 0. 05). By comparing the birth weight of the two groups of pregnant women,it can be found that gymnastics training during pregnancy is helpful to the health and weight protection of the newborn. Through the production process compared two groups of pregnant women,we found that pregnant women in experimental group I and III labor was shorter than the control group,and the total time compared with the control group significantly shortened,the experimental results were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Gymnastics during pregnancy can improve the quality of sleep in pregnant women,and have a better effect on pregnancy outcome.
