摘要
目的探讨针对性治疗与经验疗法对妊娠贫血产妇预后及分娩结局的影响。方法随机选取2014年11月至2016年11月深圳市妇幼保健院产科收治的妊娠贫血患者342例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组(171例)与对照组(171例),试验组患者给予针对性治疗,对照组患者给予经验疗法。治疗结束后,比较两组患者贫血改善情况(血红蛋白水平变化)、治疗有效率以及妊娠不良结局(包括妊娠高血压、早产、胎儿窘迫以及产后出血)发生率。结果治疗后,两组患者的血红蛋白水平均有所升高,但试验组更加显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的治疗有效率(95.9%)高于对照组(80.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者妊娠不良结局的总发生率(13.5%)低于对照组(56.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性治疗对妊娠贫血产妇预后及分娩结局具有积极作用。
Objective To explore the effect of targeted therapy and experiential therapy on the prognosis and outcome of pregnancy anemia.Methods 342 pregnancy anemia were randomly selected from November 2014 to November 2016 in Shenzhen maternal and child health hospital obstetrics hospital were randomly divided into experimental group（171 cases） and control group（171 cases）,the experimental group was given targeted therapy,the control group was given therapy experience.After treatment,anemia improvement（hemoglobin level change）,treatment efficiency and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes（including gestational hypertension,premature delivery,fetal distress and postpartum hemorrhage） were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,two groups of hemoglobin levels were increased,but the test group was more significantly,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; experimental group patients treatment efficiency（95.9%） was higher than the control group（80.1%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes of patients in the experimental group the（13.5%） lower than that of the control group（56.7%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Targeted treatment has a very positive effect on the outcome of pregnancy anemia and the outcome of childbirth,which can be widely used in clinic.
