摘要
病案资料作为患者就诊的最原始资料,能够为科研、教学、管理等提供良好的参考依据,是医院管理中不能缺少的一部分。在新时期医疗环境中,病案信息管理工作在医院运营管理中具有不可代替的作用,有助于提高医疗技术和科研水平、解决医疗争议、可作为医疗付款的凭据、使病案信息实现资源共享。目前大多数医院于此还存在着一些不足,如病案信息资料采集不及时、不真实、质量差等。因此,病案管理工作者要以高度的责任心,从全方位出发,依法治院,规范管理,使病案信息管理的成效应用于医院管理中,从而提升医院的总体能力和品牌实力。
Medical records as the original data of patients,which can provide good reference for scientific research, teaching and management,is a part of hospital management cannot lack,but there are also some shortcomings,such as the medical record information collection is not timely,true,poor quality.In the new era of medical environment, medical record information management plays an indispensable role in hospital operation management,helps to improve the level of medical technology and research,solve medical disputes,can be used as medical payment credentials,and make medical record information share resources.Therefore,the medical record management staff should take a high sense of responsibility,starting from a full range,according to the rule of law hospital, standardized management,so that the effectiveness of medical records information management applied to hospital management, thereby enhancing the overall ability of the hospital and brand strength.
