摘要
随着国家调控政策的出台,房价的变动趋于平缓,使得原本处于观望状态的民众积极地投身于购房市场。传统购房的方式相对单一,了解房源多是通过报纸宣传或者电视广告。本系统在.NET平台上运用C#语言进行开发,将选房与Web GIS相结合,用户在任何地方通过浏览器访问选房网址,即可实现网上查看多个小区详细的房源信息;利用Arc GIS API for Silverlight,结合GIS强大的可视化表达,让用户在查看房源的位置、周围的基础设施、交通便捷度等信息下综合考虑选择最合适的房源,有效地提高了选房的效率,具有重要的应用推广价值。
With a large number of our country's various control policies introduced,movements in house prices begin to flatten,residents on the sidelines are more actively involved in the housing market. Traditional way of purchasing house is relatively single,people mostly catch the information about houses just by media such as newspaper and television advertisement. The purpose of this system is developed on the.NET platform using C# language to realize to grasp with the Web GIS,so users can browse the URL of choosing houses anywhere and realize grasping much information of housing in community. This system based on Arc GIS API for Silverlight and the GIS 's strong visual expression,users are able to search more information about sources of housing such as location,surrounding infrastructure,and convenience of transportation in order to choose the best place based on overall consideration,which improves the efficiency of choice houses and owns high value in applications.
