摘要
分析某三甲医院慢性肝病会员随访需求及面临的问题,介绍呼叫系统相关模块,呼叫系统在肝病会员随访及在建立肝病会员科研队列、开展肝病会员多样性服务中的应用、意义及注意事项。
To analyze the facing problems and demands of chronic liver disease patients of a tertiary hospital.In this paper,we will introduce the modules of Call system and explore the application meaning,precautions of this Call system on managing for chronic liver disease members,establishing liver member queues and carrying out diversity service for liver members.
