摘要
目的探讨椎管内肿瘤切除术的围手术期护理干预效果。方法选取2014年7月至2016年6月间四川省绵阳市安州区人民医院收治的65例椎管内肿瘤患者的临床资料,探讨围手术期护理对患者围术期的影响。结果所有患者均成功完成手术,术后2~3周内出院,其中痊愈病例50例,症状得到显著控制15例,治疗期间无死亡病例出现。术后随访半年,所有患者未出现术后并发症、肿瘤复发和脊柱不稳定等症状。结论围手术期护理能够提高椎管内肿瘤切除术患者手术治疗疗效,同时能有效减少患者术后并发症,促进患者术后早期康复,提高患者生活质量,同时能够改善医患关系。
Objective To explore the efficacy of perioperative nursing intervention in intraspinal tumor resection. Methods The clinical data from 65 patients with intraspinal tumors treated at Anzhou District People＇s Hospital of Mianyang from July 2014 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The effects of perioperative nursing on outcomes during the perioperative period were analyzed. Results All patients successfully completed the operation and discharged within 2 or 3 weeks after the operation. Among them,recovery was achieved in 50 patients and symptoms were markedly controlled in 15 patients. There were no deaths during the treatment. The patients were followed up for half a year and neither postoperative complication nor tumor recurrence,spinal instability and other symptoms occured. Conclusion Perioperative nursing can improve the curative efficacy,effectively reduce postoperative complications and promote early rehabilitation,quality of life and the doctor-patient relationship in patients undergoing intraspinal tumor resection.
