摘要
目的为了解多重耐药菌感染的分布情况,加强多重耐药菌感染管理,控制多重耐药菌感染的院内传播。方法利用“军队医院感染实时监控系统”获取多重耐药菌阳性结果。结果2016年1月1日-12月31日北京军区北戴河疗养院多重耐药菌(multidrug-resistant organism,MDRO)感染微生物中以革兰阴性菌为主,但革兰阳性菌不容忽视。其中多重耐药革兰阴性菌中以产ESBLs菌株为主,均为产ESBLs大肠埃希菌,其次为MDR-KP、MDR-PA、CRE、MDR-AB;革兰阳性菌中主要为MRCONS及MRSA。结论北京军区北戴河疗养院制定了多重耐药菌防控方案,完善了MDROs感染监测预警机制。
Objective To understand the distribution of multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection in order to strengthen the management of multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection, control infection of multi-resistant bacteria nosocomial transmission. Method The positive results multi-resistant bacteria were done by using the "system" for real-time monitoring of hospital infection. Results The hospital infection of MDRO microorganisms is given priority to with gram-negative bacteria and with some gram-positive bacteri. Of multi-resistant gram-negative bacteria is given priority to with producing ESBLs strains followed by MDR- KP, MDR- PA, CRE, MDR- AB; Gram-positive bacteria are mainly MRCONS and MRSA. Conclusions The control scheme of multi-resistant bacteria improved MDROs infection monitoring and early warning mechanism.
