纳米SiO_2/PVA涂覆纤维素基锂电池隔膜的研究 被引量:6

摘要 以纤维素隔膜为基膜,用纳米SiO_2/PVA作为涂覆液来提高锂电池隔膜的综合性能,研究了涂覆层的引入对隔膜机械性能、热稳定性、吸液率、保液率以及孔隙率等的影响。测试结果表明,涂覆层的引入,使复合隔膜的综合性能明显提高,当涂覆溶液中PVA的添加量为6%,纳米SiO_2添加量为1%时,隔膜的整体性能最佳,机械强度达到35.58MPa,热收缩率、吸液率、保液率以及孔隙率分别为1.2%、228%、60.7%和42.1%。 The performance of the lithium battery separator was enhanced with cellulose membrane as the base membrane and nano-SiO_2/PVA as the coating solution. The effect of coating on the mechanical properties,the thermal stability,the liquid absorption,the liquid retention and the porosity of the membrane was investigated. The results show that the composite property of the composite membrane is obviously improved by the introduction of the coating. The composite membrane presented the best overall performance when the PVA content was 6% and the nano SiO_2 content was 1%. At this time,the mechanical strength reached 35. 58 MPa. The heat shrinkage rate,the liquid absorption rate,the liquid retention rate and the porosity were 1. 2%,228%,60. 7% and 42. 1%,respectively.
