摘要
在进行GB 4789.35—2016《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验乳酸菌检验》变更过程中,对GB 4789.35—2016和GB 4789.35—2010标准中的计数方法进行比较分析。结果表明,厌氧工作站及使用厌氧袋都可以达到良好的厌氧效果,厌氧工作站更能满足大的工作量要求;GB4789.35—2016能达到更好的检测效果;进行内部人员比对,做好实验室内部质量控制有利于提高检测水平。
Methods for enumerating lactic acid bacteria of GB 4789.35—2016 and GB 4789.35—2010 were compared in the process of changing GB 4789.35—2016 national food safety standard food microbiology examination lactic acid bacteria. The results showed that anaerobic workstation as well as anaerobicbag could obtained satisfactory results, and anaerobic workstation was better when lots of petri dishes need to be incubation. GB 4789.35—2016 can achieve better detection effect. The quality control in the laboratory can improve the detection level.
