摘要
糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)与糖尿病性肾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)是糖尿病微血管病变(diabetic microvascular complication,MCD)中最常见的并发症,其不断进展和恶化使得糖尿病患者致盲、致残、致死。二者均属于微血管病症,故在临床特征方面有一定的相似性,明确二者的相互关系,有助于对DR与DKD的早期诊断及疾病发展的严重程度进行准确的评估,为临床治疗提供参考依据。
Diabetic microvascular disease（MCD） is the most common complications in diabetic retinopathy（DR） and diabetic kidney disease（DKD） whose progress and deterioration usually leads to blindness, disability and death. The two diseases mentioned above both belong to the diabetic microvascular disease, so they share some similar clinical characteristics. To clarify the relationship between the two conditions, is helpful to early diagnosis and evaluation of the severity, and further to provide references for clinical treatment.
