摘要
根据CPU固定筋板的结构特点,分析了其冲压成形工艺,提出基于自动送料的级进冲压解决方案,即水平方向的"送料"与"复位"以及前后方向的"夹紧"和"松开"。重点分析了该模具的12个冲压工步,并设计了合理的模具结构。经试模生产验证,该冲压工艺合理,产品质量稳定,提高了生产效率。
The stamping process of CPU stiffener plate was analyzed based on the structural characteristics,and the solution of progressive stamping was proposed according to the automatic feeding,which provided the"feeding"and"resetting"in the horizontal direction and the"clamping"and"releasing"in the front and back directions.The layout designed with 12 stamping steps and the reasonable die structure were also specified.It is proved that the stamping process is reasonable and the product quality is stable,which can increase production efficiency.
