摘要
随着大学毕业生人数的逐年增多,就业的供需结构性矛盾日益突出,就业形势十分严峻。就主观方面来说,大学生的就业心理对就业机会的获得及就业质量的提升起到至关重要的作用。通过问卷调查及访谈,得出大学生就业心理与就业呈正相关关系,并且在对数据量化的过程中,分析出不同就业心理对就业的影响大小程度。最后,在前面论述的基础之上,提出培养大学生健康就业心理的几点建议,为缓解就业心理压力,解决就业难题提供一些借鉴。
With the number of college graduates increasing year by year, the structural contradiction of supply and demand of obtaining employment is becoming increasingly prominent,the employment situation is very grim.In term of the subjective aspect, the employment psychology of college students plays a vital role in obtaining the opportunity of employment and improving the quality of employment. Through questionnaire survey and interview, it is concluded that the employment psychology and the employment is positively related.Also,in the process of quantifying data, it analyses the impact of different employment psychology on employment. Finally, on the basis of the previous discussion, we put forward some suggestions on training college students'healthy employment psychology. It will provide some reference for relieving the psychological pressure of employment and solving the employment problem.
