摘要 当牙髓钙化或牙内陷的患牙发生根尖周病变需行根管治疗时,如何准确定位根管、获取根管预备的通路是临床治疗中常见的问题。基于锥形束CT、数字化设计软件和3D打印技术的数字化根管定位导板可微创地获取髓腔通路和定位根管,最大限度保留牙体组织,提高根管治疗的成功率。本文就根管定位数字化导板的应用背景、技术发展、制作方法及准确性和临床应用进行综述。 Root canal treatment is necessary when apical periodontitis occurs in teeth with pulpal obliteration or dens invaginatus. Determining the accurate location of root canal and the path of preparation is one of the most common challenges in clinical practice. Digital template based on cone beam-computed tomography, digital design software, and 3D printing allows a minimal invasive access and location of root canal and thus preserves tooth structures and improves the success rate of root canal therapy. In this review, we summarized the background, current developments, manufacture method, accuracy, and clinical application of digital templates for root canal location.
