摘要
由于缺少对于企业级BIM族库(构件库)管理理论的系统性研究,族库的管理仍套用传统工程项目管理的模式。随着族库规模的不断扩大,当企业内多项目多团队并行工作时,传统管理方法易引发入库族的大量信息丢失,难以有效控制如此复杂的信息配置与调用过程。针对企业级BIM族库管理过程中出现的大量问题,通过对BIM技术核心理论和航空工业中构型理论对比后发现,企业级族库系统与基于构型的航空机型管理存在着许多共性,因此尝试将构型管理引入到企业级族库建设管理中。首先介绍了航空构型管理理论与相关的研究思路;其次论述了基于构型的族库建立方法,定义了族库构型项,建立了包含顶部结构层、中部构型层和底部实例层三个层次的族谱构型结构图;最后论述了构型理论在企业级族库管理中的应用过程,详细说明了构型管理策划、构型标志、构型控制、构型纪实和构型审核这5个关键步骤在族库管理中的具体过程。
Due to the lack of systematic research of the management theory for the BIM family library( component library),the method of family library management is still applied to traditional way. With the expansion of library scale,when the multi-project teams of the enterprise work in parallel,the traditional management methods easily lead to the loss of a large number of information of the family library. It is difficult to effectively control the process of information allocation and invocation. In order to solve the problems of BIM family library for enterprise,the core theory of BIM and the configuration theory applied in aviation industry were compared,the results showed that there were many similarities between the enterprise-level library system and the configuration-based aircraft management.Therefore,it is an important task to introduce configuration management theory to enterprise-level library system. The research ideas and the configuration management theory of aviation were presented in the paper. Then,the method for establishing the BIM family library based on configuration theory was discussed,the configuration items of the family library were defined,the structure diagram of family tree configuration was drawn,which including the top structure layer,middle configuration layer and bottom instance layer. Finally,the application process of configuration theory in enterprise-level family library management was discussed,and the five key steps of family library management were illustrated in detail: configuration management plan,configuration identification,configuration control,configuration record and configuration check.
