摘要
先用超临界流体萃取对薰衣草进行处理,然后用气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析其挥发性化学成分,再用内标法对所得挥发性化学成分进行定量分析。使用超临界流体萃取薰衣草,共得到挥发性化学成分123种,其中主要是醇、酯类物质,分别有45和23种;其次为酮类16种;酸类物质13种;烯烃类物质6种。
The volatile chemical components in lavender were extracted by using supercritical fluid extraction, and then werequantitatively analyzed and identified by adopting gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and the internal standard method. A totalof 123 kinds of volatile chemical components were obtained from lavender, and they were mainly 45 kinds of alcohols and 23 kindsof esters; besides, there were 16 kinds of ketones, 13 kinds of acids and 6 kinds of alkenes.
