摘要
航空运输的协调发展是构建长江经济带综合立体交通走廊的重点任务之一。文章从机场体系空间布局、机场可达性、机场空侧服务能力以及航空运输产出等方面分析长江经济带航空运输发展格局。结果表明,长江经济带航空运输在上、中游及长三角地区呈现出明显的发展差异。长三角地区机场密度大、可达性好、空侧服务水平高,绝大部分地域单元能便捷地享受到航空运输服务;中游地区机场密度与空侧服务能力最低,虽机场可达性与上游地区基本相当,其航空运输发展总体水平在三大区域中最低;上游地区机场密度较大,但空侧服务能力较低,加之集疏运体系不完善,发展水平与长三角地区差距明显。结合当前我国航空运输成本较高的现实,文章从机场体系布局与集疏运网络优化、空侧服务能力提升以及大力发展廉价航空等方面,提出了加快中上游地区航空运输发展,促进区域协调的对策建议。
The coordinated development of air transport is one of the key tasks to construct the comprehensive three-dimensional corridor of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. This paper analyzes the characteristics of air transport development and its spatial pattern in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from four aspects: airport system layout, airport accessibility, airport service capability of airside and transportation output based on it, and then put forward suggestions to promote its coordinated development. Results show that air transport in the Yangtze River Economic Belt presents obvious development differences among areas of the upper, middle reaches and the Yangtze River Delta. Yangtze River Delta has high-density airports, high level of accessibility and strong airport service capability of airside, most of the geographical units can enjoy the air transport services conveniently. While airport accessibility is as good as western area, the airport density and airport service capability of airside in middle reaches of Yangtze River is the lowest, and the overall level of its air transport development is the lowest in the three regions. In the upper reaches, the density of the airport is relatively high, but airport service capacity of airside is low, plus, the collection and distribution system is not perfect. Thus there are still many regional units cannot easily enjoy the aviation service, and the overall development level is obviously lower than the Yangtze River Delta. Combined with the current reality of China's high cost of air transport, this paper proposed following suggestions from optimization of airport system layout and collection and distribution network, promotion of airside airport service capabilities, development of low-cost aviation, etc.: accelerating the development of air transport in the upper and middle reaches of Yangtze River and thus to promote regional coordinated development.
