摘要
目的探讨弧形切口扩大颅骨钻孔引流治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的效果。方法选取我院2015年1月~2016年12月收治的32例慢性硬膜下血肿患者为观察组,另将2013年1月~2014年12月收治的32例慢性硬膜下血肿患者为对照组。对照组采用经皮锥颅引流术,观察组采用弧形切口扩大颅骨钻孔引流术。比较两组的治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果两组的手术时间、住院时间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的总有效率为93.8%,明显高于对照组的81.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总并发症发生率为6.2%,明显低于对照组的25.0%(P<0.05)。结论弧形切口扩大颅骨钻孔引流治疗慢性硬膜下血肿,效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of arc-shaped incision for expanding skull drilling drainage in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma.Methods From January 2015 to December 2016,32 patients with chronic subdural hematoma admitted into our hospital were selected as the observation group.Another 32 patients with chronic subdural hematoma admitted from January 2013 to December 2014 were treated as the control group.In the control group,percutaneous cone drainage was used,while in the observation group,arc-shaped incision for expanding skull drilling drainage was adopted.The therapeutic effect and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in operation time of hospital stay between the two groups （P〉0.05）.The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.8%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group （81.3%） （P〈 0.05）.The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.2%,which was greatly lower than that of the control group （25.0%） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Arc-shaped incision for expanding skull drilling drainage in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma can obtain a remarkable effect and is worthy to be promoted.
