摘要
目的探讨运用球囊宫颈扩张器联合静脉缩宫素注射对足月孕妇进行引产的临床疗效。方法选取2016年10月~2017年10月在我院诊断足月妊娠待引产的120例孕妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组60例。对照组患者使用静脉注射0.5%缩宫素治疗,研究组患者运用球囊宫颈扩张器联合静脉0.5%缩宫素注射治疗。治疗结束后,比较两组患者的产程时间、分娩方式、促宫颈成熟疗效以及宫颈Bishop评分。结果经过治疗后,研究组患者的临产时间及总产程均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组孕妇的剖宫产率(21.67%)明显低于对照组(40.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组孕妇的促宫颈成熟治疗总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组孕妇的宫颈Bishop评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用球囊宫颈扩张器联合静脉缩宫素注射对足月孕妇进行引产,效果显著,安全性肯定,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of application of combination of balloon cervical dilator and intravenous Oxytocin injection in induction of labor in full-term pregnancies.Methods Altogether 120 pregnancies who were diagnosed as full-term pregnancies and would undergo induced labour from October 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected as subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The pregnancies in the control group treated with intravenous injection of 0.5% Oxytoein and pregnancies in the study group treated with balloon cervical dilator combined with intravenous injection of 0.5% Oxytocin.Afler the treatment,the labor process,mode of delivery,cervical ripening effect and cervical Bishop score were compared between two groups.Results After the treatment,the labor time and total birth process of study group were significantly shorter than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The cesarean section rate of the pregnant women in the study group （21.67%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （40.00%）,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The cervical ripening total effective rate of the pregnant women in the study group （90.00%） was higher than that in the control group （75.00%）,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.The cervical Bishop score of the pregnant women in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of application of balloon cervical dilator and intravenous Oxytocin injection is effective and safe for full-term pregnancies,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
