摘要
通过对Q550D钢板TMCP态不同温度的回火处理,研究了钢板的强度、延伸率、冲击性能、屈强比和金相组织随回火温度的变化情况。试验结果表明:随着回火温度的上升,抗拉强度呈下降趋势,屈强比呈上升趋势;在550~600℃附近存在韧塑性降低现象。
The change of the strength,elongation,impact properties,yield ratio and microstructure are investigated through tempering process treatment under different temperature for Q550 D TMCP steel. The results indicate that the tensile strength decreases and the yield ratio increases with the increasing of tempering temperature;and the toughness and plasticity decrease between 550 ℃ and 600.
