摘要
根治性膀胱全切术是肌层浸润性膀胱癌治疗的首选手术方式,术后尿流改道方式较多。原位新膀胱术因更符合生理状态目前受到更多医生的重视,但术后并发症发生率较高,成为困扰临床医生的难题。本文通过查阅近年来相关文献,总结根治性膀胱切除原位新膀胱术术后早期常见并发症的危险因素及有效干预措施。
Radical cystectomy is the gold treatment standard for muscle-invasive bladder cancer and there are many choices of urinary diversion way.Doctors pay more attention to the orthotopic neobladder because it＇s more in accord with the physiological status.However,the high incidence of postoperative complications perplex the clinical doctors.This paper sums up the risk factors of early postoperative complications and the effective measures of intervention referring to the related literature.
