摘要
随着高等教育的快速发展,实验室的各种危险化学废弃物在不断增加,如果不进行科学、合理和安全地处置,会造成各种严重后果并给社会环境带来危害。为了进一步加强实验室化学废弃物的安全管理,自行设计一份化学实验室废物处置的调查问卷,获取了学生对于废弃物处理的基本看法,增加其废弃物回收意识,得到几个基本结论。结合高校实验室废弃物处理的规模和费用现状,说明了实验室废液暂存库建设的必要性;针对具体实际问题开展实验室化学废弃物安全管理的实践,从废液桶分类、事故追责、下水管道独立、安全教育和建立药品领用信用等级等方面着手,希望能进一步推进开展高校化学实验室危险废物的安全管理工作,预防环境污染,创建和谐、平安校园。
With the enlargement of higher education,all kinds of chemical waste water has increased,and it explains the dangerous damage if chemical waste disposes in a wrong way. In order to strengthen the safety management of chemical waste in laboratories,we designed a questionnaire of chemical laboratory waste disposal,got the students＇ basic point of view of waste disposal. It increases students＇ awareness of the waste recycling,and obtains some basic conclusions. Based on the current situation of scale and cost about laboratory chemical waste,we discussed the necessity of the hazardous waste transfer station. Some suggestions of enhancing chemical waste safety management were presented：classifying the waste liquid bucket; confirming duty of accidents; independent drain; safety education and setting up credit grade etc. It is hopeful to put forward the safety management of dangerous waste in chemical laboratory,protect the environment against pollution.
