摘要
甲状腺结节病理成分复杂,良恶性声像图特征存在部分重叠,故如何提高甲状腺良恶性结节的诊断准确率成为近几年的研究热点。本文对临床常用的几种弹性成像技术及其临床应用进行介绍,包括施压式弹性成像(SE)、声触诊组织定量技术(VTQ)、实时剪切波成像(SSE)及声触诊组织定量成像技术(VTIQ)。目前弹性成像作为传统超声的一种辅助诊断工具在鉴别甲状腺结节良恶性的诊断价值上仍存在争议。
Thyroid nodules' pathologic components are quite complicated, and the ultrasonographic features of benign and malignant nodules exist partial overlapping. So, how to improve the diagnosis accurate rate become the research hotspot in recent years. This paper suggests to introduce the application progresses of several clinical common elastographic techiques used for thyroid assessment,including strain elastography(SE), virtual touch quantification(VTQ), virtual touch tissue imaging quantification shear wave elastography(VTIQ) and real-time shear wave elastography(SSE). Elastography imaging, used as a kind of additional diagnostic tool for traditional ultrasound, is still with controversy of its diagnosis value in identifying benign and malignant thyroid nodules.
