摘要
为解决冀东油田高压油井作业前放压时间长,不压井不放喷无法实现小修检泵,以及超深井、高温高压井探边测试困难等问题,研制了高压油井免带压作业检泵管柱及配套工具。该管柱由JDY455高温高压封隔器、坐封丢手工具及液控开关阀等组成,JDY455高温高压封隔器封堵油套环空,坐封丢手工具实现封隔器的坐封及丢手,液控开关阀调控产油通道开关状态。现场应用结果表明:高压油井免带压作业检泵管柱结构简单,用井下小修作业设备完成油井的带压作业,实现了不压井检泵和洗井。该工艺现场应用4口井,最大井斜达29.3°,最高井口压力达11.7 MPa,最大压力系数1.39,单井缩短占井周期4~6 d,工艺成功率100%。高压油井免带压作业检泵技术有效节约了作业费用,保护了油层,具有良好的推广应用前景。
In order to address the problems of long time pressure release of high-pressure wells,being unable to carry out pump inspection without snubbing operation or pressure release in Jidong Oilfield,and to address the difficulty of reservoir delineation test in ultra-deep well and high-temperature high-pressure well,the snubbing operation-free pump inspection string and supporting tools for high-pressure oil well have been developed. The string consists of JDY455 high temperature and high pressure packer,setting and releasing tools and hydraulic control switch valve. JDY455 high temperature and high pressure packer is for sealing casing-tubing annulus. The setting and releasing tools are used for packer setting and releasing. Hydraulic control switch valve is for controlling oil production channel switch status. Field application results show that,the snubbing operation-free pump inspection string for high-pressure oil well,with the advantages of simple structure,achieves pump inspection and well washing without snubbing operation by means of workover operation equipment. The technique has been applied in four wells with a maximum well inclination of 29. 3°,a maximum wellhead pressure of 11. 7 MPa and a maximum pressure coefficient of 1. 39. The operation period of 4 to 6 days has been shortened in a single well with the success rate of 100%. The technique effectively saved operating costs,protected the reservoir,presenting a good prospect for application promotion.
