摘要
通过检索、分析、归纳近几年益气养阴活血法治疗2型糖尿病及其并发症的相关文献,结果显示益气养阴活血法在改善胰岛素抵抗、改善糖尿病微血管病变均有显著作用,相关实验研究也为其提供了科学依据,可见益气养阴活血法治疗2型糖尿病及其并发症优势明显,但仍需进一步临床和基础实验研究支持。
The results showed that Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue method had significant effect in improving insulin resistance and improving diabetic micro-angiopathy by searching, analyzing and summarizing the related literature of the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and its complications in recent years. Experimental study also provides a scientific basis, we can see that Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue treatment of type 2 diabetes and its complications have obvious advantages,but still need further clinical and basic experimental research support.
