摘要
【目的】本文通过比较分析牛筋草对百草枯、草甘膦和草铵膦的抗药性指数,旨在筛选出对3种除草剂产生多抗性的牛筋草种群,为杂草抗药性机制的深入研究及其合理治理奠定基础。【方法】以采集于广东省不同地区的13个牛筋草种群为材料,采用整株生物测定法对牛筋草种群进行百草枯和草铵膦抗药性水平测定,并采用培养皿法和莽草酸含量法对牛筋草种群进行草甘膦抗药性水平测定。【结果】(1)采集的13个样品对这3种除草剂均存在不同程度的抗药性,其中CZ、PY06、QY01、QY05、MZ02和NX种群存在对百草枯和草甘膦产生多抗性的可能;(2)CZ和PY06种群存在对草甘膦和草铵膦产生多抗性的可能;(3)CZ、PY06和ZQ02种群存在对百草枯和草铵膦产生多抗性的可能;(4)CZ和PY06种群存在对百草枯、草甘膦和草铵膦产生多抗性的可能。【结论】发现了对百草枯、草甘膦和草铵膦均产生抗药性的牛筋草种群。
【Objective】This study was to select out the multiple resistance Eleusine indica populations to paraquat,glyphosate and glufosinate by investigating the resistance level of E. indica to the three kinds of herbicides,laying a foundation for the research of weed resistance mechanism and the reasonable management.【Method】The resistance level of 13 E. indica populations in different areas of Guangdong province were investigated by using the method of whole-plant bioassay for paraquat and glufosinate,seed bioassay and shikimic acid content for glyphosate. 【Result】( i) CZ,PY06,QY01,QY05,MZ02 and NX populations had the potential of multiple resistance to paraquat and glyphosate;( ii) CZ and PY06 populations had the potential of multiple resistance to glyphosate and glufosinate;( iii) CZ,PY06 and ZQ02 populations had the potential of multiple resistance to paraquat and glufosinate;( iv) However,CZ and PY06 populations had the potential of multiple resistance to paraquat,glyphosate and glufosinate.【Conclution】It was found that the Eleusine indica populations had the potential of multiple resistance to paraquat,glyphosate and glufosinate.
