以重庆三峡中心医院为例,对以电子病历为核心的医院信息平台建设实践过程进行探讨,阐述医院信息化建设中存在问题,重点介绍平台规划和建设内容以及具体应用,其中建设内容包括重构系统架构、标准建设等方面。
Taking Chongqing Three Gorges Central Hospital as an example, the paper discusses on the practice process of building hospital information platform centering on Electronic Medical Records（ EMR）. It elaborates on problems in the building of hospital information by focusing on platform planning, building content and specific application, of which, building content includes aspects like restructuring the system and standardization building.
