摘要
本实验对消炎痛双层栓和普通栓的家兔体内生物利用度进行了研究。结果表明:消炎痛双层栓的AUC_(0_5)明显高于普通栓(P<0.01)。双层栓可作为提高栓剂生物利用度的一种有效形式。
The bioavailability of Indometacin double-layered suppository in was rabbitsinvestigated.These results showed that the AUC of double-layered suppository wasgreaterthan that of common suppository (P>0.01), the bioavailability of Indomet-hacin doublelayered suppository Was relatively high.
