摘要
目的:观察脐针疗法结合中药治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的90例功能性消化不良患者,按照随机原则分为研究组及对照组,每组各45例,研究组45例采用脐针疗法联合中药治疗,对照组45例在研究组中药基础上联合西药多潘立酮治疗。治疗1个疗程后观察临床疗效。结果:研究组45例中治愈29例(64.4%),显效9例(20.0%),好转6例(13.3%),无效1例(2.22%),总有效率97.78%。对照组45例中治愈21例(46.7%),显效8例(17.8%),好转6例(13.3%),无效10例(22.2%),总有效率77.78%。研究组的各类数据除好转率外,均明显优于西医组。结论:脐针疗法联合中药治疗治疗功能性消化不良较对照组的中、西药治疗效果更加满意,有助于提高临床效果,值得各位同仁们进一步研究推广。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of navel acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods： 90 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into study group and control group two groups, each group of 45 cases, 45 cases of the study group using navel acupuncture therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the control group of 45 cases in the study group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine treatment of domperidone. The clinical efficacy was observed after 1 courses of treatment. Results： In the study group, 29 cases（64.4%） were cured, 9 cases were markedly effective（20%）, 6 cases improved（13.3%）, 1 cases were ineffective（2.22%）, and the total effective rate was 97.78%（45）. In the control group, 21 cases（46.7%） were cured, 8 cases were markedly effective（17.8%）, 6 cases improved（13.3%）, 10 cases（22.2%） ineffective, and the total effective rate was 77.78%（45）. Besides the rate of improvement,the data of the study group were obviously better than that of the western medicine group. Conclusion： The umbilicus acupuncture therapy combined with Chinese medicine treatment of functional dyspepsia is more satisfactory than the control group in the treatment of Chinese and Western medicine, and is helpful to improve the clinical effect.
