摘要
苯二氮卓类药物(BZD)由于其可靠的疗效以及安全性广泛用于精神科、内科、外科等临床科室,用于缓解患者的焦虑情绪,起到镇静、安眠等作用。但BZD有一个很大的缺点就是患者长期使用会产生依赖性,快速停药就会引起程度不一的戒断综合征(symptom syndrome),严重影响到患者的生命质量以及社会功能。因此笔者对国内外相关文献进行查阅,对BZD的特性及其副作用、流行病学特征、BZD依赖的诊断以及干预措施进行综述,为更好地使用这类药物提供一些最新的临床依据。
Benzodiazepine has been widely used in all kinds of clinical setting for anxiety,sedation,insomnia etc.However,dependence and addiction can occur in some patients with long-term agents and patients will suffer a lot from the withdrawal of benzodiazepine.Thus,this study is designed to report updated evaluation and treatments of benzodiazepine dependence providing the physicians clinical evidence for this agent.
