摘要
为顺应用户信息需求特征变化,给用户提供优质服务,创新图书馆、档案馆、博物馆等知识服务机构传统服务模式,实现数字信息资源共享。本文引入知识集成思想,利用云存储、关联数据、数据挖掘等技术,从知识与知识集成、知识与人集成以及知识与过程集成三个方面设计了为用户提供一体化检索、隐性知识发现、个性化服务功能的三馆数字资源整合模型。并结合中国国家博物馆、中国国家图书馆、国家档案馆对三馆整合作了实例分析。
In order to adapt to the changing characteristics of users＇ information needs and provide users with quality services,it is necessary for the libraries,archives,museums,and other knowledge service institutions to innovate the traditional service modes and achieve digital information resource sharing. The paper introduces the idea of knowledge integration,and designs a three-library digital resource integration models for integrated information retrieval, tacit knowledge discovery and personalized service from the aspects of knowledge and knowledge integration,knowledge and human integration and knowledge and process integration by using the technologies such as cloud storage,linked data and data mining. The paper makes a case study of the model based on the practice of the National Museum of China,the National Library of China,and the National Archives.
