摘要
本文采用水热法成功地合成大量的立方块状或长方体状亚微米BiVO_4颗粒。用扫描显微镜、高分辨电镜和X-射线粉末衍射对合成样品进行结构表征。立方块状或长方体状BiVO_4颗粒产率达到90%。用10mg/L的罗丹明B为目标降解物,研究了样品在可见光下的光催化性能,在反应进行140 min后,降解率达到了25%。
Submicron-sized BiVO4 particles with cubic or cuboid like architectures have been prepared at large scale using a facile hydrothermal method. Extensive structural characterization of the as-prepared samples has been performed using scanning electron microscope, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, and Xray diffraction. The yield of BiVO4 particles with cubic or cuboid like architectures is up to 90%. The photocatalytic activity of the sample in visible light was studied with 10 mg/L Rh B which was the target degradation product. The degradation rate reached 25% after 140 min reaction.
